Great service! This was my first time going to Wheel Maxx. All the staff were very nice and knowledgeable. Didn’t take too long to get my brakes done! I’ll definitely be back for more services!

I had new brakes put on in November and 6 months later they begin to squeak loudly. I went back in to discuss the sound and deal with a man. I don't know name but always smell like alcohol. I told them that my brakes squeaking extremely loudly and needed to be fixed. And I was told that they don't work for free that I needed to pay 150.00 for them to take off and see if lubricating them, it would fix the problem and if not I could come back and have them send the brakes back to the manufacturer, which would cost me an additional fee. Because as he stated before, they don't work for free. Even though it was obviously their mistake.The brakes looked good I was told. So I took to another mechanic, which I should have done in the beginning.was told the brakes look good, but the pads were only at 40% and were very cheap. So I'm having to replace my pads after 7 months, waste of time and money. I'm considering to file a small claims, just because I have how rude and disrespectful.I felt like I was treated. It was almost 1000.00 for the work I had done and to not be done correctly is insane.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had - entirely due to one extremely rude and unprofessional employee. I have visited WheelMaxx twice before: once for an oil change and another time for a wheel alignment. During my second visit, I was advised that the tie rods on my car needed to be replaced before the alignment could be completed. I was given a quote, but since I had to travel the next day, I decided to get the repair done later. A few days later, I had the tie rods replaced elsewhere and returned to WheelMaxx for the alignment, which I had already paid for through a Groupon deal. I scheduled an appointment online and received confirmation. However, when I arrived, the employee at the front desk refused to honor the appointment and was immediately rude and confrontational. He claimed that they had spent “an hour” on my car during my previous visit and suggested I owed them for that time, which is completely inaccurate. My car was barely inspected for 10 minutes before I was advised to replace the tie rods. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, he repeatedly argued and seemed more interested in charging me for something that was never agreed
